MCC Family, It is such a joy and privilege to greet you at this precious time of year, as we celebrate the incarnation of our Lord Jesus Christ, and His desire to bring us new beginnings with a brand new year. Time does not limit our God, but He has graciously given us years to mark our journey for Him, and accept new challenges He has laid out ahead for us. As we enter the New Year and new decade of 2010, I believe God has a strong word for this church family. It’s found in John 12:24-26, where Jesus lets us know it’s not about grasping for more in this life, but it’s about serving Him and others, “If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.” (v.26). I believe the word to us is clear, “Serving Him with joy and honor!” In all we do and accomplish in 2010, it will be as servants of the Most High God. Ask The Lord, even now, as to your place of service in this New Year. No role is too small in service to the The King!
